Which machine should I consider for 200 mm wide busbars?

Start with thickness and the required process. MOTI publishes 12 × 200 mm for the 30-3NC MAX and portable 200B, and 16 × 250 mm for the 50-3NC and 50-3NC PRO. A dedicated bending application may follow a different route. Share a drawing before choosing.

Does a CNC 3-in-1 machine automatically feed every station?

The CNC description needs to be checked per operation. Standard machines require workpiece handling. The 50-3NC PRO specifies four servo positioning axes; these assist positioning and do not remove all operator handling.

Can MOTI discuss special punching or bending tools?

Yes. Send the hole or bend drawing, material, thickness, edge distances and machine interface. The published HEMACK project includes dedicated connection-tooling discussions.

What information is useful for a quotation?

Provide your drawing, material, maximum thickness and width, hole and bend requirements, daily quantity, electrical supply and destination. Ask for an itemized machine, tooling and service scope.
