A visit to an existing installation
Following FEIMEC, the MOTI team visited TRISKEL’s factory on 12 May 2026. The customer was already using a MOTI-80-3NC. The visit report and photographs show the equipment in the customer’s working environment, giving a different view from a machine prepared for dispatch.
Heavy-duty equipment in panel production
TRISKEL’s business includes electrical distribution and control panels. The 80-3NC is the largest standard 3-in-1 model presented in this range, with a published main processing capacity of 20 × 300 mm. That model rating describes the equipment; it should not be read as a statement that every part processed during the visit had those dimensions.
Service follows the work being done
The on-site discussion covered maintenance, production efficiency and potential upgrades. The useful starting point for a service visit is the actual machine condition and the jobs being processed: recurring dimensions, tooling condition, setup and operation. The report also mentions parts provided on that visit; the service scope for a separate order is agreed for that customer.
Plan beyond the purchase
When evaluating a heavy-duty machine, include long-bar support, movement of finished bends and access for maintenance. Keep a record of the serial number, installed tools and control version so future support is linked to the correct equipment. These practical details help a machine remain usable as the product mix changes.
