MOTI-200B busbar processing machine

Portable hydraulic set

MOTI-200BPortable Hydraulic Busbar Machine

Separate processing heads for flexible placement.

The 200B combines separate cutting, punching and bending units with hydraulic power. Its 12 × 200 mm range supports initial selection for work that benefits from movable processing equipment. Confirm the weight and handling of each part of the set.

THE RIGHT APPLICATION

Separate hydraulic tools for a more movable processing arrangement.

The MOTI-200B combines cutting, punching and bending tools with a split hydraulic arrangement. It is a practical option to discuss for smaller batches, installation adjustments or a supplementary workshop station. The Australia delivery identifies a 12 × 200 mm range and upgraded punching tools. “Portable” describes a system that can be relocated appropriately; the legacy specification lists a 195 kg overall weight, so plan the movement of the pump, tools and bench.

MOTI-200B machine, selector control and packing preparation for Australia.
01

CWC-200: cutting

The cutting unit prepares busbar lengths as part of the combined system. Support the incoming bar and finished length, and check the selected hydraulic and blade configuration for the material you intend to process.

Punches and dies prepared for the MOTI-200B Australia shipment.
02

CH-70: punching

The Australia project identifies the CH-70 punching tool and describes upgraded dies with positioning pins. The pins help establish the hole reference. Specify each required hole, its edge distance and material thickness when ordering the die set.

03

CB-200: bending

The separate bending unit gives the system its third process. Review the required angle, tool opening and length of each flange, together with the space available to support the workpiece at the proposed location.

03 TOOLS & FINISHED PARTS

Specify what you need to make.

The final tool package follows your part geometry and the selected machine configuration.

Hydraulic arrangement

Specify the pump, hoses, connections and each tool supplied as one compatible package.

Punch and die list

Legacy information lists several diameters but does not completely identify all six listed sets. Require an itemized set for your order.

Electrical supply

Legacy versions refer to single-phase 220 V or three-phase 380 V at 50 Hz. State the supply at the place of use.

04 FROM SELECTION TO PRODUCTION

Review a complete working cycle.

  1. 01

    Plan the working location

Identify whether the tools will stay in one workshop, travel by vehicle or move between floors. Ask for individual component dimensions and weights, and provide stable support for the equipment and bar.

  2. 02

    Match the hydraulic tool set

Review the actual cutting, punching and bending requirements separately. Check the intended pump and power supply, rather than selecting the whole system from the headline width alone.

  3. 03

    Review sample parts

Use a representative hole pattern and bend. Include the time required to move and set up the tools when comparing this arrangement with a fixed 3-in-1 workstation.

05 MOTI-200B · QUESTIONS

Before you choose.

Can one person hand-carry the complete machine?

The legacy table lists 195 kg for the overall equipment. It should not be described as a complete hand-carried machine. Request the component weights and plan suitable transport and lifting.

Which tools make up the 200B?

The Australia delivery names CWC-200 for cutting, CH-70 for punching and CB-200 for bending, using a split hydraulic system.

What changed in the Australia tooling?

The project describes positioning pins and gives the die material as Cr2MoV. Confirm the required die material and interface in your own quotation; other MOTI models have different tooling descriptions.
