Three tools in a split hydraulic arrangement
The project identifies CWC-200 cutting, CH-70 punching and CB-200 bending units. The split arrangement allows the equipment to be organized around a suitable working position. It is a different setup from a fixed three-station workshop machine.
Positioning belongs in the tooling specification
The report describes upgraded punches and dies with positioning pins and identifies the tooling material as Cr2MoV. For repeat holes, the reference used to locate the bar is part of the production method. When ordering another tool set, specify the hole dimensions, material thickness and matching tool interface.
Plan what portable means for the job
The system’s 12 × 200 mm headline range does not describe how it will be transported or supported. For your own application, decide whether the tools move within a workshop or travel to another location, then check the individual component weights, power supply and material supports. The original delivery does not identify the customer’s business.
Select the complete package
Provide the cutting, punching and bending requirements together with the intended location of use. Ask for an itemized list of the pump, tools, connections and dies. That makes it possible to review the actual working system and compare it with a fixed workstation.
