The 30-3NC MAX is documented for this range in an UAE delivery project. It is worth discussing when you need additional width without moving above the 12 mm thickness class.
16 × 250 or 20 × 300 mm
The standard 50-3NC publishes 16 × 250 mm; the 80-3NC publishes 20 × 300 mm. These headline figures do not apply to every bend direction. The 80-3NC edge-bending figure is 120 mm wide × 12 mm thick.
Check the complete handling plan
Include the longest part, stock length, required bend sequence and material support arrangement in your inquiry. Ask for a trial using a representative part when clearances or handling may limit the process.
Do not lose the bend-direction limit
The 80-3NC main range is 20 × 300 mm, while its published edge-bending range is 120 mm wide × 12 mm thick. A wide or thick part may fit the cutting stage and still require a separate review at bending. Send the intended orientation and the complete shape.
Separate capacity from repeat setup
The standard 50-3NC and servo 50-3NC PRO share a 16 × 250 mm headline range. A move to servo positioning addresses repeated dimension setting, while a move to 80-3NC addresses the larger size class. These are different reasons to change the equipment.
Include handling in the trial
