Portable hydraulic set
MOTI-200B Portable Hydraulic Busbar Machine
Separate processing heads for flexible placement.
The 200B combines separate cutting, punching and bending units with hydraulic power. Its 12 × 200 mm range supports initial selection for work that benefits from movable processing equipment. Confirm the weight and handling of each part of the set.

THE RIGHT APPLICATION
Separate hydraulic tools for a more movable processing arrangement.
The MOTI-200B combines cutting, punching and bending tools with a hydraulic pump arrangement. It is a practical option for smaller batches, installation adjustments or a supplementary workshop station. Our Australia delivery used a 12 × 200 mm arrangement with upgraded punching tools. Confirm the supplied mounted or split format, individual component weights and handling method for your order.
01 TECHNICAL OVERVIEW
Know the working range.
Compare these working limits with your part. Your quotation identifies the supplied machine version and tooling.
| Thickness × width | 12 × 200 mm |
|---|---|
| Cutting / punching / bending units | CWC-200 / CH-70 / CB-200 |
Before you choose
The headline capacity is an initial selection reference. Hole size, edge distance, bend direction and tooling can impose separate limits. Request a drawing review for your application. Portable describes the separated units and flexible placement, not a claim that the complete system can be carried by one person.
Specify the die set and hydraulic supply
The Australia delivery shows upgraded punching dies with built-in locating pins; its report names Cr2MoV die steel. Confirm each hole size, the matching pump, supply voltage and handling weight of the separate units in your order.
02 INSIDE THE PROCESS
See how the work gets done.
Equipment details, positioning and the workpiece requirements to discuss for this model.
01
CWC-200: cutting
The cutting unit prepares busbar lengths as part of the combined system. Support the incoming bar and finished length, and check the selected hydraulic and blade configuration for the material you intend to process.
02
CH-70: punching
The Australia project identifies the CH-70 punching tool and describes upgraded dies with positioning pins. The pins help establish the hole reference. Specify each required hole, its edge distance and material thickness when ordering the die set.
03
CB-200: bending
The separate bending unit gives the system its third process. Review the required angle, tool opening and length of each flange, together with the space available to support the workpiece at the proposed location.
03 TOOLS & FINISHED PARTS
Tooling, configuration and options
Machine package: Match the CWC-200 cutting, CH-70 punching and CB-200 bending units with the compatible hydraulic pump arrangement. Confirm the supplied mounted or split format.
Options: Punch sizes, die materials, positioning features and electrical supply are specified for the order. Ask for an itemized tool list.
Hydraulic arrangement
Specify the pump, hoses, connections and each tool supplied as one compatible package.
Punch and die list
List the required round holes and slots, with their sizes, bar thickness and edge distances. The quotation should identify each matching punch and die.
Electrical supply
State the voltage, phase and frequency at the place of use. Confirm the compatible pump and electrical configuration in the quotation.
04 FROM SELECTION TO PRODUCTION
Review a complete working cycle.
Plan the working location
Identify whether the tools will stay in one workshop, travel by vehicle or move between floors. Ask for individual component dimensions and weights, and provide stable support for the equipment and bar.
Match the hydraulic tool set
Review the actual cutting, punching and bending requirements separately. Check the intended pump and power supply, rather than selecting the whole system from the headline width alone.
Review sample parts
Use a representative hole pattern and bend. Include the time required to move and set up the tools when comparing this arrangement with a fixed 3-in-1 workstation.

A split hydraulic busbar system supplied to Australia
The Australia order combines the MOTI-200B portable arrangement with upgraded punching tooling, showing why the tool package deserves as much attention as the machine name.
05 MOTI-200B · QUESTIONS
Before you choose.
Plan movement around the supplied format and component weights. Request the weights of the pump, tools and any bench, and agree on suitable transport and lifting. A portable arrangement should not be assumed to be a complete hand-carried machine.
The Australia delivery names CWC-200 for cutting, CH-70 for punching and CB-200 for bending, using a split hydraulic system.
The project describes positioning pins and gives the die material as Cr2MoV. Confirm the required die material and interface in your own quotation; other MOTI models have different tooling descriptions.
