One machine for the basic fabrication stages
The delivery and installation report identifies the MOTI-30-3NC for a Vietnamese switchgear manufacturer. The model combines cutting, punching and bending, providing a practical starting point for a workshop processing changing connection lengths and hole patterns.
A defined size and power class
The project gives a 12 × 160 mm working range, 1,450 kg machine weight and three 4 kW motors. Those figures help establish the initial equipment and installation class. Layout planning still needs to include stock length, material supports, access and the route used to move parts between operations.
Match the tooling to cabinet connections
In a similar switchgear application, the cabinet connection drawing should determine the punch set, bending tools and working references. Keep hole centers, contact faces and final bend positions tied to the assembly datum. Compare the complete part cycle when organizing operators around the three workstations.
Prepare for the first production job
Include the actual electrical supply, a representative bar and a finished-part drawing in the installation discussion. Agree on the tool list and first-part inspection before repeating the job.
