Width was the deciding dimension
The standard MOTI-30-3NC publishes a 160 mm maximum width. The MAX delivery extends that to 200 mm while keeping the 12 mm thickness class. Separating width from thickness gives a clearer machine discussion than simply asking for a larger model.
Keep the three-process workstation
The MAX combines cutting, punching and bending with independent hydraulic systems. The delivery report describes different hole shapes and bending forms through the selected tooling. For electrical cabinets and distribution equipment, this keeps several fabrication operations in one workstation arrangement.
Review the completed configuration
The project describes checks of the hydraulic system, controls, tooling and processing units before shipment. It also describes photographs and video supplied for customer review. The final configuration should identify the required tools and operation limits, particularly when the work includes edge bends or shapes beyond a simple flat bend.
Apply the same question to your own work
Check whether maximum thickness and maximum width occur together on one real part. If width alone has outgrown 160 mm, the MAX is a route to discuss. If your drawing also exceeds 12 mm thickness, move the comparison to the 50-3NC or 80-3NC and review the relevant bend direction.
